Who we are

Established in 1993 by Rob Haine MRICS, Haine & Co. carry out the architectural and interior design, project management and cost control of new build, refurbishment, extension and interiors projects for a variety of private residential and commercial Clients, mainly in London but also throughout the UK and Europe.

What we do

We provide a complete service to deliver a high quality from inception to project completion, taking the Client’s design brief all the way through to project handover as the Client takes possession of the completed project.

We deal with all aspects of the design process including architectural and interior design, planning and listed building applications, building regulations applications, Licence applications etc., preparation of documentation dealing with the Design and Management Regulations 2015, preparation of tender documentation for competitive tendering including electrical and plumbing works, preparation of contracts on behalf of the Client, liaison with other required consultants such as Structural Engineers, Party Wall surveyors etc. and finally the whole process on site including appointment of contractor, negotiation with specialist subcontractors, cost control and full project management through to completion.

We see ourselves as a one-stop shop for Client’s who are looking to renovate and extend their new or existing property from design through to project completion. This includes introducing a list of approved contractors with whom we have worked extensively in the past, controlling the valuation and certification of interim payments as well as agreement of final accounts.

We also assist with the detailed interior design of the project including kitchens, bathrooms, decoration, floor and wall finishes, specialist joinery, staircases etc. as well as an introduction to designers specialising in furniture and soft furnishings.

Our projects range in value from £100,000 to £2m.
